Allow the agent to install a lockbox, which will allow the home to be shown at anytime. If you are still living at the home, extend the hours which agent can show their clients. It may be wise to leave so the would-be buyers feel comfortable viewing the home.
Make sure your curb appeal is nice. Check the details all the way to the mailbox. The first thing a client will see is the outside of the house. Sellers can easily add value to home buy adding curb appeal.
